Ingredients
1 can of Ligo Sardines (Extra Hot) 155g
1/2 piece of diced White Onion
1/2 piece of diced Red Onion
1-2 piece of sliced or whole Green Chili (Siling haba)
1-2 piece of sliced in half Calamansi
5 ml of Cooking oil (Soya oil)
1 pc of Raw egg (Optional)
Directions:
1.
Dice red onions, white onions. Slice green chili.
2.
Heat up the skillet until it starts to smoke.
3.
Add cooking oil and keep the heat high.
4.
Sauté diced white and red onions until slightly brown.
5.
Add contents of Ligo Sardines (Extra Hot) 155g can and sauté until fully incorporated.
6.
Add sliced green chili, raw egg and mayonnaise to your liking.
7.
Serve with a squeeze of calamansi juice.
