Ingredients
1 can of drained Ligo Sardines (Gata Style) 155g (set aside the gata)
1/2 teaspoon of chopped White or red onion
1/2 teaspoon of minced Garlic
1 teaspoon of grated or minced Ginger
1/2 cup of diced (without seeds) Fresh tomatoes
3 cups of Kakang gata (first squeeze coconut milk)
Cooking Oil
Directions:
1.
Chop white or red onion, mince garlic and ginger.
2.
Chop fresh tomatoes. Remove seeds.
3.
Heat up the cooking oil in a pot. Saute chopped onions, minced garlic and ginger.
4.
Add chopped tomatoes and sauté until soft.
5.
Add bagoong and sauté briefly.
6.
Add the drained gata from the can, then add some more kakang gata.
7.
Add Ligo Sardines (Gata Style) 155g and let simmer.
8.
Serve immediately.
